Going to find a job (havent worked in forever)! Ill let the people here choose my career path!

I live in Las Vegas, so there are a few jobs I will be able to get easily, and they do sound quite fun. Wife is getting quite pissy with me sitting at home all day, reading, watching and writing about sports for 12-16 hours per day. BUT, it pays the bills, gives her money for shopping and puts food on the table... so WHY is she complaining?! Well, Ive found a couple of jobs that will allow me to STILL keep up with my sports wagering AND throw some extra money in my pocket.

SO here goes!

Cab Driver!! Oh, the fun and debautchery I will see at 3am, shuttling 100lb drunk asian girls from nightclub to hotel. And the downtime between rides I can use my tablet to keep up with sports via the internet or streaming TV, also access to AM sports raido like ESPN. Decent money, Ill be mobile to hit a sportsbook to throw down some wagers, and cash tips. Not to bad I think!

Security Officer!! Lots of downtime, sitting or walking around, quite boring, but would have to keep my tablet out of sight probobly, hopefully I will be mobile and not in a bad neighborhood.

Other...?

Yep, I do that, but as I said, its just from a small group of relatives and their friends, I never go outside of that circle. As I stated above, between the action I get and my wagers, Ive had no problems pyaing the bills and putting food on the table. Just Im tired of continually hearing the nagging and bitching lol. So getting a job and getting out of the house is the main goal. So trying to find a job thats simple and easy, and free my ears from the shrillness.

true....but if i am not mistaken this guy was very clear about that fact....never attempted to obscure it....I believe he said he is a local in Vegas and makes a nice living from betting as well........I doubted it at the time and now I am 100% certain I was right....

come on....are you seriously telling this forum that you make a good living ALL CASH but want to go slave away for 8 bucks an hour as a security guard???

When I get to work I will post pic's, I think this will be epic on how long I can keep the job. Hopefully it is actually fun. And I stated I dont make huge money, I make enough to live comfortable. But getting out of the house and making her happy is the main goal here, without losing my ability to keep up with the latest lines, stats and games.

Just the money I saved while I was in the Military and what I have from sports betting, and good guess I am 38 years old. She hasnt worked in a long while.

Hmmm, that is an option.. there is a 1-2 LIMIMT hold'em table at the El Cortez downtown haha, I could sit there for hours on end with only $20-$40 bucks

since money isn't a huge issue for you right now, get a job doing something you enjoy.

if you like golf, go work at a golf course pro shop.....you will make less but time will fly and you will be happy
