Need help with wager at Heritage.

I placed the wager on the wrong team at Heritage. My wagers were on the Ducks and Blues and some how I clicked Redwings who played the Ducks. Wings were-125 same as the Blues which I meant to wager I had multiple Ducks and Blues wagers that show I wasnt betting the Redwings.

Think they would at least give me a freeplay. Im a very loyal longterm customer.

I knew something was wrong because I should have been up more and I checked daily figure that showed the wager I placed. Was pissed when I saw $125 loss on Redwings.

Think they would at least give me a freeplay. Im a very loyal longterm customer.

They won't especially if the game already started. Imagine if they did this for everyone claiming to have placed the wrong bet.

I've never done that. All they have to do is look at the wagers I have On the Ducks they played the Redwings. I had a bunch of bets on them. It proves that I did'nt want to bet Det.

I've never disputed anything before.

Probably not not. Stars just won and Kings hopefully hold onto so I'll be up 377 but should be 603.

THe evidence proves I never intended to wager on the Redwings. I had multiple bets placed on the Ducks.

Blues were -125 as was the Redwings which were right beside each other on the card at -125 and I clicked the wrong-125. I had multiple wagers on the Blues as well.

Should be up 603 not 377.

I did'nt know until I checked my daily figure because it did'nt add up right. Then I saw the Redwings wager for loss of $125 which should have been the Blues.

I merged your threads together as we dont need 3 of them saying the same thing.. if anything no one here could help you with this issue anyway other than heritage (and 99% chance that this particular argument would have no basis for them to do much of anything).. but I hope your in the 1% since I feel bad...

I always review my bets, I dont know how it slipped past me.

I made a bet bet on the LA Kings to make up for it and they won, so that helps. I was +377 for the day.

Working in the biz I have had many guys play one side straight the other side in some parlays etc. No way you win this one bud.

Im ok now. I still had decent day, I would have really been pissed if I would have lost though.

I 2 straight wagers though, no parlay. I had about 700 riding on STL and accidently put Det in one time. I had a few on ANA too.
