Sorry Hache , but that seems a bit vague. Up here, of course, the Pirates. Unless it's football season. Guess it would all depend on where and when you hear it.

Agreed it depends on a lot of things, but just curious what those outside the Tampa & Pittsburgh regions think most.

sorry my friend, nobody thinks about the Pirates anymore? :)

pirates...hopefully they become relevant sometime in my life.

ZJP,i wish the same thing myself but after looking at the team this year i don't see it happening this year.they have not brought anyone new in that is a top notch player.they got a bunch of older and questionable guys once again.thelineup is the same,no real 1st baseman,no real right or left field outfielder and no upgrade at catcher.

russel martin should be retired not being dealt for
liriano, who knows what you get from this injury plagued pitcher
inge,35 years old,why even think of him
and the players they recieved from boston for hanrahan are nobodys,we really got ripped off on that deal

so it looks to be a long year again for us pirate fans

what's even funnier is that nutting "expects" the pirates to win the division. perhaps the worst management in the history of sports.
