Former Georgia linebacker Alex Ogletree is a good football player, but he can't be too damn bright. Ogletree is considered a likely first round pick in the upcoming NFL draft. This Einstein got a DUI last week with the NFL Scouting Combine starting this week in Indianapolis. The scouting combine is important to a large degree in determining where a player will be drafted. Now, Ogletree will have to answer questions about a DUI with NFL officials. This comes after a four-game suspension to start the 2012 season at Georgia following a positive drug test. Ogletree also served a suspension his freshman year for "theft-by-taking-charge."
Despite missing four games last season, Ogletree still led the Dawgs in tackles. Like I said, good ball player but a lot of stupid for the NFL people to filter through. The DUI last week will cost "Mr. Brightness" a lot of money. Potential first round pick falling like a rock.
