A lot of times, back pain can be corrected by doing exercise. I've tried a thing that was advertised on TV called Tru Back. Let me tell you, not only did it correct my back pain, but it set my ribs back in place that had gone out in a fall. You can get them used on Amazon.com.

And for those of you that have migraines or any other headaches, I have a simple remedy that actually works....in minutes. Drink two glasses of Gatorade. That's right Gatorade. My Gf suffered from migraines for years. I received an email from someone saying that Gatorade would cure migraines and other headaches. One day my GF was really suffering and used to take two aspirin with a can of Coke. She was at her wits end in pain and I told her about the Gatorade "cure" which she just laughed off. Finally she just couldn't stand the pain any longer, and I brought her a large glass of Gatorade. She drank it down, and within two minutes she was saying, "I can't believe it!" I turned around to see what she was talking about. She told me her pain was absolutely GONE!

I've payed this remedy forward to anyone that has had migraine pain, and every last person now swears by the remedy. When you're desperate....give it a try!

This post got me thinking. What good home remedies do you guys know of in general?

Hiccups: Close your eyes and count backwards from 150 as fast as you can, they are usually gone by the time you hit 50.

Cuts: Saltwater and Superglue

For bar hiccups get a slice of lemon and suck on it. Some put some bitters on it but it is the lemon juice that cures them. If you ever read the label on a bottle of bitters it claims it is a cure for most ailments.

that teaspoon of mustard also cures garlic breath, after eating garlic shrimp, or those spicy parmmy garlic wings, (gargle it, dont swallow, gross and rinse with some water), now your ready to mash some bitches at the bar on the dance floor with out the dragon garlic breath. ( the vinegar in mustard neutralizes that garlic acid)

Hiccups - pour one teaspoon or packet of sugar into your mouth, then, while pinching your nostrils, drink it down slowly with a glass of water.

Soar Throat -
Mix the juice of one lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey and a cup of warm water. Mix well until the honey is dissolved. Drink It while its warm

The honey/lemon juice works wonders on my daughter when she is sick

I put the Gatorade test on my wife. She has frequent and major migraines pretty much since puberty. We're together almost 7 years so I can see by looking at here if she has a migraine and I know her pill routine to find relief. She has been in an especially down cycle, getting migraines daily, usually in the evening. Now, I've been serving it to her just about a week as a prevention method and so far no headaches. I wasnt sold as I recently got her back in the gym to help with that and insomnia. So, it could be either or both. Anyway, today I didnt serve her gatorade and around midafternoon she starts getting the first signs of an attack. I served her a glass. I went outside, 30 minutes later when I asked her, the attack had subsided. I'm interested now, and more importantly she, a 20 year sufferer, is intrigued.

I have heard this works too.. I suppose drinking a healthy amount of water would do just the same though wouldnt it? Maybe she isnt getting enough fluids daily..
