Harden had a career game last night, I'm sure anybody who follows the NBA is well aware of his career high 46 pts on 19 shots , a stat line that's only happened 4 times in the last 29 years. Now the 23 year old is averaging 26.5 pts a game and putting Houston in a spot to make the playoffs for the first time in 4 years. They invested a lot to get Harden in the off season , but it looks they may have found a true franshise type player for years to come, I don't think Harden is above Lebron or Melo or Durant at this point, but he should be in the conversation, and with a big 2nd half and playoff push he could be a dark Horse contender ...

Thoughts ??

Lebron is miles ahead of anyone.

harden isn't in the conversation but I think he is severely underrated because many still consider him a bench player that went to a weaker team to become a starter. Those thoughts are ridiculous because Harden is putting up some nice numbers

Well everybody knows I'm a Lebron homer from way back , and I got the posts to prove it if anybody cares to do a search. But Harden at 23 years old is having a special year so far, that's for sure ...But as long as the King is shooting over 55 % , we can practically hand him the hardware right now in my opinion.

lebron will be the mvp of the league, but harden is the better mvp to the rockets than lebron is to the heat.

Paul George is better than James Harden.

Harden is a "nice" player but the rockets are not going anywhere as long as he is their best player.

Don't be surprised to see the Pacers in the NBA finals this season.

"Their long and they're strong and they gotta get the friction on" Haha. See, I can be a little ghetto too like the rest of the country.

I agree with a lot of your post but cmon. George is averaging 17 points on 42% shooting, while harden is at 26 ppg on 45% with 5 Rebs and 6 assist. It's not even close.

I back my guys to the fault. I will admit. That is what makes me a great friend.

Paul George is not a one man show though in Indy as Harden is in Houston. I will admit, at only 22, part of me is hoping George can turn into what Reggie was to this city. I am biased....Hey, you should know I call it like I see it.
