hmm didn't do as I was hoping.. I think the letters are meant for you to focus.. but instead my brain took out the hallucination because I was focused.

I watched the video during the day yesterday at my computer and was like WTF this did nothing.

Last night I watched it again in dark room with only the tv on.
When I looked at the wall afterwards it was moving... Crazy.

I'd suggest trying it at night in a room lit by just the tv or computer screen.
