Going to hook my friends at the RX up with a few good ones. What I post are tried and tested and very good so give them a whirl if you'd like.
Cheesy Potatoes:
1 thawed (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (16 OZ) container of sour cream
1 (10.75 OX can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups cheddar cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup 2% milk
Preheat oven to 375
Mix hash brown potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, salt and pepper and milk in a large bowl.
Put in a 9x13 pan for 50 minutes, take out and sprinkle rest of cheese on top then cook for another 5 minutes.
