I know a guy that has one of those Wagner's. He keeps it in a safety deposit box at a local bank.

PSA and the other grading services are a scam IMO. That card looked TOO white also, line it was cleaned and restored somehow. The cutting on pre-1956 cards was very uneven and sixes were not always uniform. Very easy to trim. The 1962 and 1971 Topps are two sets are have some issues with trimming also.
