i will say....heritage customer service is sketchy at best.....i prefer them because i always know i will get paid...however.when an error occurs...the govt has less red tape.

This seems to be one of the biggest complaints with most of the offshore books,trying to get a direct answer or getting three answers to the same question.

I rarely use offshore books, but the ones Ihae used have also caused me some grief. All issues were resolved, but I understand the point. Why do you have to go through all of the B.S? In Vegas, you place your wager, and collect if you have won. Nice and simple. Off shore, they give you a 100% bonus so they can steal 100% of your money.
