I met with the folks down at HR Block today.
Took around 90 minutes or so but it had to be done.
I guess a better question for this forum is who won't be filling at all?
I've gone over this before why I use a service. I have a rental property, bought and sold a house all in 2012 with income in multiple states.
All of this shit is complicated and I'd rather pay someone to get it right.

I had income from two states, bought a house in 2012, had business expenses etc and already got a 3500 return almost a week ago. Turbo tax is the way to go, cost me like $50 which was taken out of the return
I see that ALOT of these tax places offer a "Free 2nd Look" at your taxes from the previous years.
I'm not sure how much they charge for processing this service but I would think your better off doing your taxes yourself and then just bringing them to a place for a Free 2nd Look.
you would be surprised how simple turbo tax could make your taxes. What you just described sounded like nothing you could not have been able to do yourself online with turbotax. You are not required to know tax law with turbo tax. All you need is the ability to answer yes or no.
