This is a hard one just b/c i dont really know which are over or under rated. I agree with Ruby Tuesday's , never been disappointed. I'm also a big fan of Red Lobster but i doubt they're considered underated.
I'm somewhat of a germaphobe so i'm not real big on self serve bars and buffet's , but for people on a budget the Golden Corrall all you can eat buffet can't be beat.

I will say that if you dont mind the crowd I dont know of a better overall
buffet value than Golden Coral.
Its a little under $11 over here and the overall quality is solid, although the steak
could use more flavor for sure.
I cant stand the place (its a mental thing) but once I find myself there
I always am satisfied.
I think Hardee's is not bad in a rush or when pressed for money. A coupon and $2 and some change will get you a decent burger with lettuce tomato mayo hopefully with no mystery meat. Other coupons will get you chicken sandwiches and big hot ham and chesses for around the same price. Coffee is cheap in the morning and biscuits are fresh and well done depending on the cook that particular day. The milkshakes are great anytime but especially in the hot summertime after yard work. A big burger and a large thick milkshake for around $5 is sustenance enough for me.
