Problem with BetLegends.eu

So I deposited $100 via Visa card this date. I was hoping to use the Live Dealer portion of the site. When I went into Live Dealer, it told me "You have been blocked". I have never used this site or deposited before, so I was curious how I could have been blocked. I contact Customer Service, and they told me that people that deposit with a Visa card are ineligible to use the Live Dealer. That was fine with me, but since I had deposited the $100.00 for the sole purpose of using the Live Dealer casino, I asked for a refund.

I was told that I would get my refund within 15 days, and in addition to that, I would be reported on a blacklist to other sportsbooks and it would affect my credit score negatively. So basically because I asked for my deposit back because I could not use the portion of their site for which I funded my account, I am going to be placed on some sort of list.

Anyone on here have a similar experience? I am trying to decide whether to report the charge to my card as fraudulent.

I wouldnt suggest doing a chargeback.. I would have bet the 100 once and then asked for a withdraw personally (if you were not wanting to keep sportsbetting)

They probably should post that rule on the site somewhere though as that does seem unfortunate. If you want someone to take a closer look and try to mediate the situation you can always file a complaint here - http://ratethebooks.com/sportsbook-dispute

Thanks murph. Had no idea the damage they could do over a simple $100 deposit gone wrong. They immediately blacklisted me. I got a call from 5Dimes later asking what was up, I explained to them and they laughed about it. I will just stick to 5Dimes for all future transactions. They are the best IMO.
