they told me to cash out they need me to send them a form with a bunch of info. is it legit? safe?

we will only ask you for that stuff if you used a card to deposit of course.

If you sent a P2P then nothing is needed when you cash out. Why? well there is a lot of fraud out there. It's very safe. They take security very seriously believe me. All they want to do is make sure that they are dealing with you. No other reason. Most, if not all sports books and online gambling sites will ask for this. Its the credit card processor that asks for this anyways.

Lastly, this is a one-time thing you have to do. If you keep using that same card and keep winning and receiving payouts, you will NOT need to do this each time. Once and you're done.

congrats btw!

TBH.. Just Bet is not a trustworthy book at all. Scott Carter is a fraud and likes to harrass families of a bettor for mistakes that his company made.

Not very professional.. therefore, wouldn't trust faxing them anything.

Did you do them dirty on a p2p transfer scam or was it a charge back and are complaining that they are trying to collect a debt? I am not sure I understand what do you mean they harrass familes unless you had multiple accounts/did a charge back/etc...
:smoking:

*EDIT scott had replied to you a few months ago here if you wanted some kind of a response Brian http://www.therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=912454&p=9468587&viewfull=1#post9468587

Wondering if there is more to this story myself...guy is a tout.. so not sure if he can be trusted but I hope he responds back personally so we can find out what happened.

Brian is this stuff true?
Lying about record and providing some members with one pick and some with the other... then lying about the wins/losses total to attract new customers (from across the street).....

Lol

How can you say anything about my tennis picks when I'm up 35 units....wtf

And vania king was the right play win or lose.

why do you post different picks on one tout side than the other? also why do the picks on the site with the winning record have smaller unit size than one you are down on?

e.g. site up zopp vs odesnik 1.5u
site down 9u

why is it a biggest play at the site you are down but only a medium play at the site you are up??

touts gonna tout

He started selling his baseball picks exclusively. Since he began selling them early in the season he is down 10+ units, yet the fraud site claims he is up, conveniently including a winning stretch of games before he began selling picks.

He once claimed his tennis picks were free because they weren't that good, lol. Touts will say and do anything for 20$ because they are otherwise incapable of significant monetary success. Obviously inarticulate and seriously lacking rigorous analytical thinking skills, if you pay for these picks you deserve to lose. Also he was challenged on another site to put his money where his mouth was for a simple dime bet, and refused.

@)

I guess your clients should be calling you and not justbet to collect the debt you owe them...

I like trolls like you making accusations without any proof. You only make yourself look like a fool. Luckily no one is dumb enough to believe you because anyone that has ever dealt with me or Justbet knows different.

I am sure your parents are proud of you.

Murphy, it would be pretty difficult for me to get away with that when every pick was posted on a website... wtf? And I was at two different sites, with one site using 1-3 units, and another using 3-9 units. RSigley is a pathetic human being.. believing a word he says is a joke.

And it wasn't "me".. my friend Richard George deposited with his credit card... Just Bet charged it twice, so he charged back one of them. Scott Carter then starts harrassing him 10x a day, including leaving gunshots from a video game on his voicemail. Then we found out... OOPS! Just Bet made the mistake! Scott proceeded to give him a freeplay, but never even an apology. There's much more to the story that Scott did, but i'm not going to out him like that. I have all the emails he sent... its not pretty.

I mean.. think about it. Do you really want to trust someone like Scott, who acts like a thug debt collector, to end up with your personal info that is needed on those forms? I really think not.

It is not uncommon for Touts to lie/cheat/steal...do anything basically to get new signups and people to scam.. so you won't mind if I say just because you posted picks on a website that it doesn't mean you couldn't get away with it...(but for now.. I will drop that part)

As far as the justbet case goes... I was right in my assumption that someone (not you I realize) did a charge back... Was the double charge justbet's fault.. surely.. but they would have made up for it had you shown them the statement/website printout/screenshot..etc from your bank and doing a chargeback does seem a bit on the more ignorant and impatient side of ways to handle it... especially with a company you sent legitimate money to and chargebacks virtually ruin your name throughout the whole industry. I find it hard to believe your buddy George has no trouble depositing with CC currently.. most books are on the up and up on the lists and he is definitely on them if he charged back.

Basically I have no idea about the "thug" stuff scott or justbet might have done to try and get back their debt owed (chargebacks cost money and they had mistaken that they were owed the 2nd charge)... This whole thing could have been solved much simpler with better communication.. maybe on both the book and your friend George's part.. I hope in the future people reading this realize doing a chargeback is basically like ruining your credit rating when you could instead call the company and discuss the issue and prove the documentation you have in order to do so. I am quite sure justbet would have taken care of you once they had figured out the mistake (which admittedly they did anyway (you said) even after the chargeback)

GL in the future and tell your friend George to have some patience man. :)

bullshit Brian. I remember the George incident perfectly so don't try and pretend you know more about it than I do.

Here's the truth. I got news from the processor who did his check deposits and they told ME (us) that one of them didn't go through. I called him to discuss it with him and he said he will replay the money in a couple days via P2P. Why would he agree to do this?

Incidentally, he played with us every week for months until that last payment and suddenly no more? Kinda strange but doesn't prove guilt. Anyways, I called back after a few days because there was no reply as he promised. Then I tracked him down at another number after leaving several messages and he didn't bother returning. He finally answered and wasn't happy that I found another number. He apologized and said he will take care of it after I get back from holidays and even wished me a good holiday. Kind of strange behavior most would say.

All I ever wanted wase, him to repay the $ that the processor says wasn't collect or show me that it was paid. Fast forward to the end of the ordeal after many ridiculous calls and wasting time, he emailed me a copy of his statement that showed the processor did take the payment from his account. I don't know if he doctored it or it it was legit but that was all I needed to show my boss. So I thanked him for it and gave him a $100 or $200 (I can't remember exactly) in his account for taking the time on this. He said thanks and we moved on. End of it. So I thought.

Later he decided to try and shake us down for more money or he would go and post stuff on the forums. LOL. I said "go ahead pal." We won't be blackmailed.

Nothing wrong happened here. We do tens of thousands of transactions a year and almost always without any problems. All I ever did was call a player to let him know what I was told about a payment. Can you help me sir? That is it. Every other time I have had to do something like this, its taken care of immediately and not dragged out over several weeks. Especially over a couple hundred bucks.

As far as the gunshots thing goes. It was either the TV in the background or some music playing. No deliberate gun shot noises where made for whatever reasons you might dream up. I went over all this with him. You call it harassing 10X a day but all he had to do is simply do as he promised or just return my calls. This should have been all done in a day but instead he dragged it our for weeks.

So Brian, you so called recollection of the story in 100% bullshit. Go and troll elsewhere. No one believes you. Not Richard George either.

Brian I mean think about it. Do you really expect anyone to believe a troll like you that pops his head out of the woodwork every once in a while and attempts to slander me and justbet? You use hearsay from another shady character who tried to blackmail us as fact. Congrats!

Is your life so void of any worth while meaning that you feel the need to do this? Embarrass yourself like this I mean?

There must be a scam out there, some where, anywhere that deserves your undivided attention.

I could easily get him to post here and tell everyone what really happened. He has all the threatening voicemails saved.

Brian get over yourself. I have never threatened anyone ever. I have no reason to. Maybe motivate the person to deal with the issue but never threaten. Give me a break. Are you that dumb?

Like I said before, he finally sent me a copy of his statement which I agreed to accept as proof the processor was wrong. Personally I think the doctored it but I only wanted this over with. A one day even took 2 months.

I added some money into his account for the trouble. He said that was great and thanked us and we moved on. He then lost the money and later decided to attempt to blackmail us for more money.

thanks buddy. No one is perfect of course. I am the farthest from it but if anyone thinks that I will spend my time threatening someone over $200 and make a machine gun production noise and whatever else these clowns will make up, then I get bored just talking about it.

Any person can see this brian guy is a loon and you can't taken anything he says seriously.
