Hey guys, I've seen some people link Millman's podcasts here before.

I came across one relating to fantasy sports and the similarities/differences to sports betting mostly legally speaking with a CEO of a daily fantasy site and 1 of their employees/player that won 150K.

It is a pretty good listen if you are remotely into fantasy sports. The part at the end with the lawyer/Millman was kinda boring to me though...

I actually play on this site a lot so it was really cool to see them get this ESPN publicity.

I'll definitely give it a listen. I don't know if you ever read the Boston Globe, but they had an article about a month ago about how quite a few mainstream game companies are preparing for the eventual legalization of online gambling. Games that are now on facebook would be modified so that people could bet against friends or whomever. I guess some of these companies already have versions in countries that allow online wagering. Sure sounds like some of these people are all in - now if only our government would wake up and realize that people want to spend their money how they see fit. Time for some of our so called representatives to get a clue.

Our reps getting a clue probably happens eventually. Seems like online poker will be back in like 2 years with some of the bigger casino companies running it and perhaps pokerstars since them and DOJ seem friendly now. Who knows when sports betting gets legal, good listen though....
