What's a Reputation Comment?

Saw I had a notification so I clicked on it which lead me to a link that said "1 Reputation Comment."

Clicking on that link leads me no where. What does that mean? I mean my reputation means everything so if there is a comment I wanna know about it.

Posters can give each other positive or negative reputation in a post if they like it or dislike it, by clicking on KARMA in the top right hand corner of each post.

The user leaving the reputation can also leave a comment if they choose to do so, or leave it blank.

I believe the system is only in place to allow Moderators and Board members to give out karma. so 95% of posters cannot karma people .. it would probably make the system worthless anyway no doubt.
