Does anyone have a "Bug Out Bag" in case anything big happens?

I got 3 actually, 1 for me, 1 for the wife, and of course I get to carry #1 for my daughter lol

Just never know, and the investment might be worth it if anything happens.

Weapon, camping gear, food and water, flashlight, crank emergency radio with everything, and a few other misc survival items....

You never know with the world we live in today......

Anyone considering buying farmable land? I have 10 acres and will begin planting veggies, raising rabbits and chickens and building a talapia pond this year. Plus, we have well water and a creek on the land. Wife's older brother (55) wants to work it, retire there and share the profits.

Thoughts?

I know some ppl locally (Not personally) who just built a huge underground concrete fallout shelter.

A friend of mine is involved in the construction of it so I stopped by one day to see him and got to see it as well.
I must say the portion they have complteed looks interesting and makes you think...
