I am a partner in my company and one of our junior associates' wife is having a baby in a few weeks. This guy's direct bosses gave him 1 week PAID time off. I think it should be at least 2 weeks PAID vacation. It takes a village.
Also, this kid is a great employee, dedicated and brings great energy to our small office. He has only been with us two years but he's made himself quite valuable.
