1. please get my name correct, im wearing 3 name tags, its not that hard unless i have a very unique name. my name is 4 letters long, very common, and i get called my correct name about 20% of the time. I try to remember yours, but i see alot of people so it can be difficult, but ill keep it professional and call your sir or ma'am if i dont know or remember.
3. please dont say unbelieveable or can you believe that every other hand, we have dealt thousands and thousands of hands, we have pretty much seen it all and you honestly have as a player too. people act like they expect to win every hand and just cant believe their 17 didnt win and go on some rant about how unbelieveable the dealers draw was.
4. were rooting for players to win. #1 your alot happier when your winning and time goes by faster for the dealer then. #2 your alot more likely to tip when your winning. nobody wants to be at a shitty table with angry people for an hr+ . you dont have to keep telling your dealer hey its not your money, let us win. we want you to win.

The one thing that absolutely annoys the F out of me is guys that get mad at 3rd base for making the wrong moves. It is their money, let them do what they want. What they do may influence the outcome of that hand you lost, but why don't you say the same thing when their stupid move took the dealer's 21 and gave you a W. It evens out in the end and what that person does will not change you bottom line long term one bit.

i dont smoke and my casino allows smoking and it can be very aggrevating at times. i truly appreciate players that set their ash trays and cig on an empty seat or turn their heads away from the table when the exhale, but there are alot of assholes that just blow it right into u or let their cig smoke unattended on the table and create a fog. sometimes ill find my eyes begin to water or even start to lose my voice from it. so i try to pop a mint or 2 before i go to every table
#5. dont sit there and call me buddy, pal, friend etc and then never throw me a bone (especially if im dumping my tray to you). can't stand when players act like your best friends for an hr -hr 20 and take you for hundreds or thousands of dollars when your dealing to them and any time they get a black jack they just stack the whites and pinks onto your next bet. you will tip your waitress $1-2 for a drink whose at the table for 15 seconds, but not the person who worked for you for an hr+ and helped you make money.
