Why do so many people join the forums, and then go "tout" less then a year later?

Is it the money strictly?

If they are so good that they can go tout... wouldn't they be able to just make extra money betting on their own plays instead of selling them to people?

also funny that I noticed that the guys who go tout, usually have a great week to start... then it goes downhill fast from there

If the plays win so much... why are they wasting time with Marketing, website fee's, hosting fee's, email marketing, etc etc...

When they can just play them themselves and make money?

Why waste all that money and time?

I don't understand it myself. Why not just up your wager amount?

a little Shocked at the latest one, but Hey.... you never know..over the last 6 years that I have been around here, I guess by now Nothing should surprise me.

I also agree with others.... about Upping the wager. But I think the truth is ( in Most cases ) They can't afford too.

i agree with everyone for the most part.

But let's say you are a winning capper....you grind it out and and win a small to medium amount. You practice money management and only bet 2% of your bankroll per game. Something to pad the bankroll and help you boost your bottom line income isn't that bad of an idea right?

in this instance, i can fully understand the reasoning of a tout selling their picks and wouldn't be a "scammer"

Exactly. I see this on almost every site i visit. Some poster will go on a nice run and then they think that they are Gods gift to capping and should be charging for their picks. I wish i had 10 cents for every time i have seen this, since i have been surfing the net, i would be rich.
They need to sell picks, because they need the money to feed their own degenerate gambling habit. Any person that can win money gambling year in and year out, does not have to be bothered selling picks. Thats why guys like Billy Walters dont sell picks. He never did and never would. If he ever opened a service, he wouldnt be able to have enough phone lines to answer all the calls coming in to join, yet he doesnt open one up.

The only service i would ever pay for, is one where the person makes all of his money betting on his own plays and is rich doing it. All the rest are just pure frauds. Modern day snake oil salesman and nothing more

And another thing, this latest tout you guys are talking about. If a person bet 100 bucks on all his regular season plays last year, they lost 90 bucks plus the cost of the service. I would rather flip a coin or throw a dart to get those kind of results myself

Well, catsoverunders must be doing quite well for himself....

He bet the Tex/Hou game on Sunday here in Vegas, THEN the next day he flew to Atlantis to bet the Colorado/Milwaukee game, then went up to his suite and bet the mia/wash game from his laptop on 5dimes..

Did they give him a huge signing bonus? Or was he always traveling to these places everday to bet the games?

So I guess you are going to wait at least 2 years before you make your move is what you are telling us Mr NFLTRENDS. LOL

How many touts have I seen go through this place saying they would never be a tout only to become a tout.

NFL TRENDS

Thats a trendy name.

Sounds trendy like Winning Insider, Players Club, Winning Systems.WinningCapper

Funny the other day someone suggested he go to 5dimes to buy runs and he gave a detailed response of why he wouldnt use them
