Refusing to refund my $100 NCAAB wager. Bonus code said that your first wager would be refunded up to $100 on NCAAB or NBA sides or totals only. They said my first wager was in the casino so they don't have to give it to me. What a clown book.

So did you hit the casino with the $$ before placing the bet in the sports book?

Promotion applied to basketball only and said exactly that. A blackjack session doesn't count as a first wager. Gimme a break. If they are gonna do this then their rules need to state that casino play will replace your first basketball wager.

Exacly "Promotion applied to basketball only and said exactly that"....

So once your deposited first wager hit the blackjack table.... That money you deposited was null and void for that promotion.

Was hoping to roll it over with $3 and $4 hands. I hit Harvard Ml for +550 but lost like $500 playing blackjack. Figured I would have better results but not exactly.

How do you figure that? It didn't say casino play would nullify a sports promotion. Let common sense prevail here.

This is a complete mickey mouse move but not surprising from an offshore book nowadays. Unless the terms clearly state otherwise, wagering in a casino should NOT void the promotion as any such wager in it would never be confused for a sports wager.

Bonus code said that your FIRST wager .... keywords... FIRST and WAGER... when combined (like the Wonder Twins back in the day)... get you your refund on your FIRST WAGER .... Your first wager was on BLACKJACK... which null and voided your FIRST WAGER being on basketball.

Well if you want to go with that argument, any good lawyer would be able to counter that the language was misleading as it could read the first wager ON NCAAB or NBA sides or totals only. This statement does not offer clear terms stating that the first wager has to be on that but the refund would be on the first wager of said type. Either way you slice it, the book was clearly misleading & should honor the promotion & learn to write clear terms as it is not that hard.

I think the book should honor this and you should also know enough to make this bet first.

Why are you playing there ?

Well Illini, I respect you greatly, but I don't quite get this deal. How was BJ a good way to roll it over ? Usually casino action doesn't count to rollovers.

Are you getting addicted to casino play at ..... unknown books ? Where is the +EV ?

I can't see any reason to go into the casino, brother !

Do the freebet/ refund thingee with the sports, hope you can get paid a few hundred-thousand ( without some outrageous fees) and move on !

You seemed much more disciplined in person when I met you in Vegas !

Apparently you played the bj before the Harvard bet otherwise you would have qualified by making your first wager on basketball.
