You see posts like this all over the internet and all of them are silly. This post is totally useless, not because it lost, but you would have to be an idiot to think that their werent smart bettors out there in the world playing the other side. Every game, everyday you are going to have smart bettors on one side and smart bettors on the other side. Everyday some smart bettors will win and some smart bettors will lose on a game. This is why its totally foolish to try and follow posts like this. They will just send you to the poor house.
Well said. I have seen similar situations in stocks all the time where one smart hedge fund or mutual fund manager is long a stock and another very smart manager is short the stock. One of the smart guys will be wrong. At least with stocks, these guys are generally very open in disclosing their opinion. That contrasts to this post where an unnamed "outfit" with a ridiculous alleged 79% win rate last year is supposedly on this play. Quick ticket to the poor house for sure.
