Last night i wagered on arizona st womans softball and they won. I look this morning and its graded as canceled!! There customer service (or lack there of) said it was canceled because they had the line vs stanford instead of washington. The interesting thing is when the game was pending and once it was graded it always said arizona st vs washington!!! Sounds like BS to me. 5 dimes customer service reps thought the whole situation was funny......wtf

They did the exact same thing to me a few months ago. They wouldnt let me deposit saying i did something i didnt do and even though they were wrong they were rude as hell. Important thing is they did the right thing in the end.
5dimes wont screw anybody over they just truly have 0 customer service skills.
What happened was they recognized the softball match up as an error in match up thinking it was actually Az St vs USC, which was actually the college baseball match up. Then there was a little bit that the -360 ish line was a bad line and intended for the College match up of Az St and USC. In the end wagers were graded as a win on Az St (women's Softball) so everyone that had an Az St Softball wager on April 13 should make sure they got paid.
