Didn't want to clutter up the African American thread with the talk of nukes.

With the N. Korea situation on the news each night, what are your thoughts?

Should anyone that has the technology be able to have one? Should N. Korea have one?

Thoughts?

Why don't you tell us your 'thoughts', Fugo?

WAIT!!! I already know. It's because the government says so right?

There you go. You WIN.

Why is everything with you confrontational with you? Why don't you just try and have a civilized conversation about the topic with me?

Fugo, you bore me to death with your government propaganda. Oh btw, there is a sub-forum called "Political". I'm sure there are lots of interests down there for your topic.

People like Enfuego act like they want to discuss shit but because of people like him, you can't have discussions because they report posts if it is not something they want to hear.

Lots of political pressure from their allies and economic sanctions plus there's always the threat of military action. Last resort obviously but the deterrence is there.

Would you like to discuss the topic logically or just hurl insults?

Any topic can be turned into a political discussion but that's not what my goal is here.

I asked you yesterday why you think the U.S. is to blame for the current N. Korea debacle and you didn't answer. Can you answer here?

This is really a bad spot for everyone. I dont like sanctions but this country has proven beyond any doubt that every dime they get goes to the Leader for his benefit. People are grazing fields eating grass like cattle. At the same time i dont believe in restricting nuke capability but in this EXTREME case....worse than IRAN by far id be worried. These people are nuts and thats all it is to it..

If it was up to me, as it should be, i would order the CIA to take out that punk kid at any cost. Then see what happens afterwards and respond to that. No way whoever took over could be any more insane.

That's not what Fugo is worrying. He is concerning that North Korean would sell nuke to Al Qeada. That's how he connects the dots.

Fugo, you need to stop watching Jack Bauer. Just a suggestion.

i couldn't care less about north koreans and what happens to their people. the vast majority of them support the government, so be it. i wouldn't want to lose a single soldier for any type of effort to 'save' north korea.

if anything, i'd rather they have one and try setting it off. when that fails, one of the big boys can use theirs and wipe them off the planet. that'd be pretty cool actually.

South Korea and China do not want that though and that just causes more instability in the region. (I know, we don't really care but the liberals do)..They are worried about 22 million starving running across their borders.....

Why is it, if you cross an illegal border in

North Korea: 12 years hard labor
Afghanistan: Death
Iran: 2 Americans got 8 years

BUT if you cross the U.S. border illegally, you get a driver's license, food stamps, a place to live, health benefits, and child care.

Do you or do you not think it's possible for a rogue nation to sell a weapon to a terrorist organization? Like NK to an organization in Iran?
