The winds are blowing up to 25 to 30 mph here right now, and it'll still be blowing out towards right-right center field pretty significantly by game time. With this in mind and Blanton's less than stellar ERA thus far coupled with the Angels bats (that seem to be warming up a bit now) I like the over 8 1/2. I think the Twins get some runs off of him (Blanton) and the A's always seem to hit the Twins pitching, regardless of who's on the mound. Hamilton had a field day here last year and Trout was no slouch either. The only "fly in the ointment" is that Corriea hasn't pitched too bad so far for the Twins, but I still think that this contest goes over the total. Good luck in whatever you decide to do with this info.

For some reason, Blanton (who 99 percent of the time is trash) is stellar when he plays in minnesota.

BOL to you tonight.

The over hit last night hit even though the Angels bats were somewhat silenced. that team is really in a shambles right now. I may make a ML play on Min until they (the Angels) can right their ship. Pelfrey looked horrendous his last outing, but Vargas hasn't been that good at Target Field in the past. The Twins should also get right handed batter Josh Willingham back tonight too.
