OTC no where nearly as effective as home kit prescribed by ur DDS. Concentration of active ingredient is very low and no custom fit. At office tooth whitening NOT cost effective. Studies show NO difference between in offfice vs home kit.in fact any in office must be accompanied by a home kit. Best COST effective is home tooth whitening kit fabricated by DDS .
