Yea, I work with a guy that lives about 30 miles from West and claims to have heard and felt the explosion. Also, last night I had heard there were 60-70 deaths already and now I see they are saying 10-15 deaths. That's a miracle if 10-15 passed

Yup, saw that now - the news reports originally said Waco. I guess the small town of West is near Waco.

I live an hour from there and never heard of it...

Its about 30 miles north of Waco. Famous for their Kolaches. My parents have a place off Lakeshore Drive in Waco and we always stop there. It's a Czech town

Its in good shape, heard they were feeding everybody this morning, great place...........don't think there was any foul play. Owner, who's son works at the plant and is also a volunteer fireman in west and is missing, said that the plant closes at 5 and no machines are left on. He was dumbfounded on how it blew up and pretty shaken. Commercial fertilizer is some bad shit so no telling what caused it

I know a guy who lives almost 100 miles from West, Texas and he said the explosion shook his house. It actually registered 2.9 on the richter scale. Two plants you would never catch me working in or living near is a fireworks plant and a fertilizer plant.
