Any thoughts on where his head may be today? I personally would be embarrassed and want to get off the mound as soon as possible, at least this recent to the event.

I take the opposite view. I think he puts out his best effort in order to save face. His apology seems genuine addressing reporters without any cue cards. Previous 3 starts haven't been good but they were better teams than what Cain has faced. I'm leaning on Milwaukee but a little nervous with the team's batting.

Yeah it can go either way, kind of like when a big time player gets hurt in basketball the team tends to pull together and win the next game at least. Might just steer clear as I do agree about the bats for Mill.
