there are gay players on every team,,, Kerry rhodes will have to come out now,,, His BF is putting him on blast,, but in reality, who cares,,,, its pharsicle that this has become the big issue,,, the speculation that a gay player is going to hurt a teams franchise is FKING REDICULOUS,, just like gays in teh military hurt morale??

I dont think the "team" would give 2 shits as long as he performed. But even if the gay player was an elite player, he would be getting gay-bashed by both home and away fans. It's just the sad truth...

the computer is the single GREATest step towards RESETTING the worlds moral compass,,, People are beginning to understand, you CANT CATCH GAY,, its not a disease,, lol,, and as Im glad Im seeing it in my lifetime,, the thought of what Many of my friends had to deal with breaks my heart,, (Im a hairstylist as most know),, so Ive seen it for 18 years,,, so sad,,,

One of my clients (15 years ago) was only allowed to see me if I was gay,,, her husband HATED gays,,, (and me lol,, as Im not gay, but she had to tell her husband I was) ,, anyway, I had to call her home to reshedule her,, and he answered the phone, I of course said hi,,, and introduced myself, and asked to speak to his wife,,, he said "yaaa,, whatever,,, Hey, honey, your fag hairdresser is on the phone,,,"
his wife came to the phone mortified, and apologizing,, as I knew the level of his bigotry, I laughed,,, but felt pity for her,,, 2 years later, they divorced and he left her for another man,,,

Having lived in LA and Miami Beach, I have had gay friends for a long-time. Never been an issue for me, either way.
What I do have a problem with, as a minority myself, you know what it feels like to be discriminated against, so minorities discriminating against gays is beyond my comprehension.

Wasn't trying to insult you but by saying "i don't discriminate against them BUT I don't understand them blah blah blah".........It's kind of the same thing

It's like someone saying "I don't discriminate against black people, but I just don't understand why they do the things they do". It's still discrimination.

Not exactly what I was thinking. I haven't seen or spoken to my mother in law for over 7 years because I'm white. Neither one of my kids even knows what she looks like.
