Anyone know a program to make an animated video?

So expensive I think im going to have to learn how to make one myself.

If I dont do this myself it will cost 5K
Trying to avoid that.
The service we are offering is going to have many new ideas that we came up with on our own but its going require a little video to describe how everything works.

I hope I can make an animated video for the website that will show the customers what we do differently from the competition.

2 photo booths.
One open ended and one closed.

Also going to have a 55" LED projection screen remotely controlled up to 300 feet so people not in the booths can see a slide show of the pictures people are taking in the booths.
Also going to have a twitter and facebook station where they can modify the pictures and instantly upload them to FB, twitter, or our website.
