Overall Record 1-1 (-.06 units)
NL Record 1-0 (+2 units)
Interleague 0-1 (-2.6 units)

2* Atlanta (+100)
I'm taking the Braves here led by Kyle Medlin. I know Bailey has been lights out at home but at what point does this trend start to change? I think that point is tonight as Atlanta will put up another victory over a tough Cincy team.

1* St. Louis (-125)
St. Louis v Chicago is always a great game to watch - if you're a StL fan. This is coming from a life-long Cub fan and this team is un-watchable. I may bump this up to a 2* by game time but I'm not a heavy bettor so I'm a little reluctant to pull the trigger. Yes, I be against the Cubs last night and lost - brutally... Travis Wood is pitching some great ball but he is actually pitching better away than at home and I don't think he'll continue to be lights out as he has so far this season. Lance Lynn ain't too shabby either so I'll take StL.

1* Philadelphia (+125)
It kills me to bet against the Giants as I am a Giants fan (being a life-long Cubs fan and a fan of baseball, you almost HAVE to have a secondary team to follow if you want to watch good baseball....) but I'll take this line all day. It almost feels fishy but I am not going to second guess myself on this. I'm definitely keeping this as a 1* play and if it loses, I'm okay with that as long as the other two come through! Lincecum walks too many batters and Kendrick might like the larger ballpark (as he did against the Mets 2 starts ago...) Plus money with this seems like a good deal to me.

Best of luck on your plays.
