Vijay Singh is suing the PGA Tour, though it dropped its case against him last month.


[h=3]PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Florida (AP)[/h] Vijay Singh is suing the PGA Tour over the way it handled the investigation of his use of deer antler spray.


Singh filed the lawsuit in New York on Wednesday, one week after the tour said it was dropping its case against him. It said the World Anti-Doping Agency said two weeks ago it no longer considers the spray a banned substance except for a positive test.


The lawsuit says the tour had planned to suspend Singh for 90 days.


Singh says he wants to reclaim his reputation and hold the tour responsible for its ''unwarranted effort'' to suspend him. One of Singh's attorneys, Jeffrey Rosenblum, says Singh was accused unjustly and that there should not be an asterisk next to the name of the four-time major champion.

Hard to have sympathy for Vijay when he's such an asshole.

It does suck if they accused him and he either didnt do it or its not banned.. because people will always think of it (asterisk wise).. but in reality Kobe being a "rapist" or not is much worse and he cant really sue the girl who accused him of it...can he?. heh :wtfbbq:

Well, this lawsuit will bring out all his womanizing on tour, may cost him a lot more in the long run.

Tell me more. Judging by the stories that I've heard from some of the PGA tour caddies, I know a lot of them cheat. But I've never heard anything about Singh.
