a RED LIGHT Violation..

for going to see her dad in HOSPICE...

from the vid...

it still looks YELLOW...FOR SURE..

Any chances of beattin' this...

any thoughts...or experiences..(<)<

We just looked @ the vid..

she was turning rt...on a yellow..that turns GREEN...still goin rt

You could possibly win, but what is the risk vs reward. IMO, probably easier to just pay it.

I dont think these are beatable man unfortunately... the video usually seals your fate.. even if its a technicality they got you on the balls that she started the turn on yellow/etc.. no way you can win imo but gl

wow that is strange..... I had the same thing happen when visiting my mother in-law when she was in HOSPICE.....

good luck if you fight it... but i will say in my fight of the ticket mentioning HOSPICE DID NOT HELP in any fashion....

I just spoke w/ the MAYOR...

he said..

One time FREE PASS..

just e-mail his sec'try/ and the city/ w/the the doc's...


Funny part is I live 30 miles from there..

how is turning right on a yellow wrong in any way? even if it was red, it still wouldn't be a problem (as long as you came to a complete stop before turning right on red).

The red light cameras do malfunction. You can beat it. Seen it happen many times in court. The video may be what saves you. Challenge it

I have been told from several lawyers to not pay the red light tickets. They have to be served by a police man to be enforceable or for something to really happen. What are the chances they go door to door looking for you........GL
