Scu Scu Scutaro may sound similar to a Phil Collins hit of the 1980's but San Fransico's Marco Scutaro has hits of his own. Scutaro batted .362 with 44 RBI's and 40 Runs Scored last season and hit .328 in the postseason also earning the NLCS MVP honors. Scutaro in the recent weeks has improved to .450+ scoring 9 Runs in a 10 game streak. Scutaro looks to remain hot as San Fransico and Atlanta square off again Saturday afternoon with both teams now with 21 wins on the season. Bumgarner is 3-1 2.31 ERA and has not beat Atlanta since Game Four of the 2010 NL Division Series. Bumgarner is 0-3 4.30 ERA in four starts vs. Atlanta losing both his Home appearances. Bumgarner is 2.73 ERA in his last four starts overall and has only received four total runs in those outings. Bumgarner gave up a season high five runs in his last outing and will look to keep baserunners to a minimum this afternoon to avoid any unnecessary jams. Maholm is 4-3 3.09 ERA and has struggled at At&T Park going 0-2 4.76 ERA in five career starts in San Fransico. The Giants are batting .345 in matchups and Scutaro, Posey, Pence and Sandival may have opportunites to have mult RBI's if Maholm is not sharp this afternoon. Maholm however has been stingy over the long haul yielding over two runs or fewer in five of seven outings this season. Maholm is also coming off ending his three game losing streak last time out allowing only two Runs and four Hits with 6 K's in six Innnings Pitched vs. Cincinnati. Maholm like Hudson yesterday has had the most damage done when starting on the road this season and will look to be efficent early to build some momentum that may carry over to the middle innings. McCann has 5 Hits, 2 HR's and 7 RBI's in the past three games and has batted .337 in 26 career games at AT&T Park. Manager Fredi Gonzalez is still on graduation leave and Carlos Tosca will be the Atlanta Skipper again today. Atlanta Bullpen has had some letdowns this week and will have to have all the kinks worked out if called on today. Today's start time is 4:05 EST and weather permitting should be another sellout crowd at AT&t Park. Source: ESPN And CBS MLB Preview.

Both teams have had big innings (three or more runs) in this series with Atlanta's Thursday night and San Fransico's last night. Maholm's worst outings have been on the road this season while Atlanta has numbers over Bumgarner. McCann loves to have big games out on the West Coast and J. Upton may come back to life today with a HR or multi hit game. Scutaro and Posey providing RBI's for San Fransico as the Giants have been capitalizing on opportunities. Today the focus will be Over 6 1/2 - 120 as both pitchers will have to deal with tough hitters and hoping to find another big inning in the mix. B. Posey Hits Runs RBI's over 2 -125 for a small prop rounds out the afternoon.

McCann not in lineup today according to announcers. Gattis and Laird in lineup today with Gattis in outfield. May be a minor setback but hopefully not.

Game was 2-1 San Fransico until I finally got my big inning in the bottom of the fifth with the Giants scoring four runs. 6-1 going into the sixth and Bumgarner finally gets his Run Support.

Atlanta got waxed today 10-1. Gregor Blanco had a career high four RBI day and Pablo Sandoval had a solo HR in the early innings. Double Plays and many fly outs had me wondering and squirming in the early innings but San Fransico came to life in the fifth and cruised on from there. Maybe Atlanta's worse beat down since the Detroit Series.
