I have been playing at EZStreetSports for the past few years. I recently requested for a payout today(Tuesday morning) expecting it to be free (which is the main reason why I am giving them my business), and they are wanting to charge me nearly 15% for my payout which is ridiculous in my opinion. I asked if they offer any other methods for withdrawing and they told me no. Can a mod or RX representative please contact me about this.

did u ask the rep...i haven't played there in a while but they usually have like a 4 hour window every week where they offer one free payout...may have to wait a week to hit the free window

- In order to be eligble for a free payout you must have accepted a bonus and completed the rollover as off May 7th, 2013
- You can request a payout request between the hours of 9 AM to 5PM MST.
- To receive your FREE payout within 24 to 48 hours you must make your request before 11AM EST. On Tuesday.
- To request a withdrawal via telephone simply contact our Payouts Department at 1-877-680-0759
- To request a withdrawal Online, simply send your request to payouts@easystreetsports.com, or you may also use our Live Chat feature on the bottom right hand side of this page
- The amount requested cannot exceed our daily MG payout limits.
- Free payout requests Via MG can take up to 48hrs to receive.
- Maximum daily payout amount is subject to fluctuation.
- As of August 1st 2012, the maximum yearly free payouts is 20.
- All NEW depositing members will receive their first payout absolutely FREE, via MG or WU, anytime Monday through Friday!

I have read this, I made my last deposit on May 7th, the day they put this new rule into effect. Shouldn't I be able to get my free payout?

Like I said, not sure how this works..... I don't play there... but we will find out for you.

So you made the deposit on May 7th ?? you took a Bonus ? and you completed the rollover that same day ??

I'm only asking because i want to understand what's missing

in the mean time, I'm going to get some help on this

Wouldn't classify this as a problem yet but I requested a free payout on Tuesday at 6AM PST as well and it is now Friday with the funds still in account waiting for payout. Usually they are quick within a day or so, but every time I have asked they have told me to be patient so far. (Guaranteed 48 hour payout?)
Anyways I will keep you guys updated if I receive my money today or will have to wait a whole week :/

I would think they will get back to you.

Im hoping they do but lately they have been having trouble with @aol.com email contacts and not receiving their emails, so if they can first notify me via this thread to when they have replied that be great.

We got your email last night but since you had already spoken to one of our cs agents in order to resolve your issue we thought you would have been satisfied, in any case we answered back this morning and will send you your tracking information as soon as we receive it from our processor, let us know if still have any questions.

We have always tried to to send out all payouts within the 48 hours and the specially for all customers that pay for their payouts. Free payouts are free, we try to send them out in 48 hours as well however sometimes the processors take more time
