She's about 8 or 9 and brought over some of the newer disney movies. They were ok, but kids today are really missing out on all of the classic Disney flicks our generation (people in 20's now) had when we were young. When I have children they will get the classics like Aladdin, Lion King, etc.

The kid cartoons and shows that Disney puts out today are no where near as good as the old ones. These were well before my generation but this is what I grew up watching....

what movies were they justin that were so bad? I mean the graphics and animation are much better today.. but I agree some of the older classic storylines are hard to beat if your into disney flicks

That's sarcasm, btw.

I agree though, animated films just like live action have substituted effects for substance in many cases. There are still many solid animated films though... WALL-E is one of the best I've ever seen, Paranorman was very good as well.
