Oh BTW traditional wings Buffalo Wild Wings has some interesting sauces. I had a jerk sauce that was good. Otherwise I like the traditional hot sauce

That's good to hear. I was actually doing well in Blackjack if you can believe that. Was up $9k with that and NBA earlier and then blew it all.

Smoked. Light dry rub, if any. Don't care for Wings many places because they'r normally drowned in sauce. The places that have been made famous for their Wings actually have the worst ones IMO.

like matt says above, smoke em, low and slow with a little dry rub, incredible
you can get em like this at places like smokey bones and sticky fingers

I like the hottest possible. But not food channel hot. This restuarant around my area have these "wings from hell" with green chili's covering them. Bomb

BBQ'g wings is easy - Toss the raw wings in a Salt & Pepper mix then toss on the BBQ turning constantly

When done 30 mins or so - Toss in Stainless steel bowl with Sauce of your choice
