guys it is baseball. When you see a steller player have a great year...just some words of wisdom...don't expect the same the next year. His stats are averaging out to his ability. That's all. 40 straight was extreme. and to call the guy terrible cuz he lost 3 in a row.... doesn't add up. One blown save isn't equal to 10 saves. Not too many like Mariano Rivera who has never had 3 blown saves in a row in his career.
Rivera is the top closer in the history of the game. So he's an outlier to the "norm."
It's pretty uncanny that a guy has 35 straight saves and then blows 3 in a row. Not saying he's terrible or the O's should demote the guy. Just said he's a piece of work and any O's fan out there is saying much worse about him.

If you think that Tampa Bay is among the worst hitting teams in baseball, then you probably shouldn't be betting baseball.
