Random Q but think someone can help ... There was a guy that had a little small business. He shut down a couple years ago, any way to track down his name using business records so I can get in contact with him?
Using the city to get their info I think would be the easiest way. If that doesn't work you could also run a skiptrace, it will pull up some good info but may cost $5-$20
