I want to raise money for an old High School friend that was shot during his tour in Afghanistan 2 weeks ago and now is paralyzed from the waist down down. He's only 28 years old. He's a great person and there's a lot of people that want to help.
I've raised money using my own website before and putting on a P*yP*l donation button, but in the last year there has been a ton of this raising money websites, ie, giveforward, gofundme gogetfunding. Anyone have any experiences with these sites? Any negatives of going through one of these sites instead of my own? Any site better than another...
