How about ya Mike Minor. Minor hit his first HR last night and had a shut out outing in Atlanta's game two win over the New York Mets. Atlanta 30 -18 now has an eight game win streak and looking for a third straight sweep tonight. The Braves have outscored opponents 47-21 in the last eight games with Freeman batting .444 2 HR's 7 RBI's and Johnson batting .542 in this winning stretch. Freeman, Uggla and Heyward all had RBI's last night to accompany Minor's HR as Atlanta is putting the ball in play making things happen. Teheran is 3-1 3.99 ERA and has allowed nine runs in 34 Innings Pitched in his last five starts. Teheran is 1-0 5.63 ERA vs. Mets and seems to be gaining confidence with each outing. Teheran will also have confidence in the Brave's defense backing him which ranks 3rd in the NL. Simmons recored only his first error of the year due to wet conditions Friday Night and continues to play a superb glove.Marcum is 0-5 6.59 ERA and is still looking for his first win of the season. Marcum has 1-1 with a 2.96 ERA in four starts Atlanta and will try and prevent the Braves sweep tonight. New York has now lost five in a row going 3-7 Last 10 and are only 9-17 at Home on the season. Davis is only 2 for 44 with 19 K's in last 13 games. Atlanta has a 15 of 18 overall advantage in this matchup including five straight and seven of eight at Citi Field.
