Vietnamese soup. The stock is made with beef bones, star anise and burnt ginger. Rinsed three times. the stock is then poured over thinly sliced raw beef, bean sprouts and lime and cilantro. Very light and refreshing. (thats the way i make it anyway)

There are many different variations. For a smaller town, Tulsa has some pretty good Vietnamese restaurants. I eat pho at least twice a month. Vietnamese is my second favorite food behind Thai.

I live in Ft. Worth. I go to a place called Little Saigon by Ridgemar Mall. Order a water, spring rolls, and a P-3 every time. I'm about to go get some.

oh and I don't dip my spring rolls in the peanut sauce. I mix the spicy sauce with the brown sauce and dip spring rolls in that. And I also put the spicy sauce in my Pho.

Discovered PHO in 2007.. I worked close to Chinatown and my asian co-workers were saying "I'm really craving Pho. lets go get some" I asked what is PHO.

Tried it for the first time that day and loved it. I've introduced many people to it and they all love it..

Must be a chain. They have a place in my town named that.

I admit it is pretty good but i don't like to eat it. My wife loves this stuff and we always go and my fatass gets hungry about 45 min after we leave.

I always get the raw beef that cooks in the soup

Yea it doesn't really fill you up for a long time. I almost always eat it for lunch though so its perfect filling for that

Lone dissenter here. Maybe just a bad day at the restaurant, but never again. Tasted like someone took some beef and dumped it into some warm saltwater.
