i dont know both pens have had a rough series neither starter avg many IP per start. A lot of factors point to an over. We are talking about MLB hittters unless you have a starter that goes deep with a well rested pen they can be hit. Tampa may be losers but they can hit and run. KC was cold but only vs verlander. Once her was gone they spotted 3 runs in less than 2 innings. Just my 2 cents
According to the figures and variables presented yes it has all the signatures of going over the total easily. My totals system has this as an over play. I havent posted it yet because I still need to do the math on santanas IP avg over his last 5 games. But I think you have a solid play and the streak end for you tonight
