MLB fans can look foward to a good matchup on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball on Father's Day Sunday as the Atlanta Braves host the San Fransico Giants in Game Three of this series. Atlanta scored two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning yesterday for a come from behind win to make the series all square setting the stage for today's rubber match. Atlanta will look to Teheran to have a another quailty home outing. Teheran is 4-3 3.62 ERA overall on the season and coming off an outing where he allowed a career high five Runs in six Innings Pitched. Teheran is 2-1 1.91 ERA in his last four home starts however and won his only career start vs. San Fransico earlier in May of 2013. Lincecum is 4-6 4.70 ERA and allowed only two Hits in seven Scoreless Innings in his last outing vs. Atlanta at AT&T Park snapping a four game losing skid in the matchup. Lincecum is 1-4 5.79 ERA however since that time and has lost his last three starts on the road at Turner Field. Atlanta now has a 22-8 Home Record the best in MLB and is 14-3 since May 5th at Turner Field. Buster Posey has a 12+ game hitting streak vs. Atlanta and Hunter Pence is .400 with five doubles and 8 RBI's in his last seven games overall. Pence is .355 with 19 RBI's in his last 19 career games vs. Atlanta as well. Teheran will have to make Posey and Pence priority outs tonight while Atlanta's offense will have to find success vs. Lincecum. BJ Upton had a big day at the plate yesterday with a multi HR game and will look to stay on the upswing tonight. San Fransico's outfield really were tracking down and securing outs yesterday so Atlanta needs to hit the ball harder in the gaps if the Braves hope to be successful vs. the Giants speedy and efficent outfield. Lincecum shut down Atlanta the last time but Lincecum has historically struggled at Turner Field. Teheran should be solid now back at Turner Field but will Atlanta see the old dominant Lincecum or the more recent up and down Lincecum is a key question in tonight's ESPN Father's Day Sunday Night Baseball Source: ESPN MLB Preview.

Teheran came within four outs of pitching a no hitter last time out at Turner Field. Today the focus will be Atlanta -1 112 looking for Teheran to be sharp again tonight in a home starts while Lincecum has struggled on the road at Turner Field. Big game for both teams each wanting to win the series but have to ride Atlanta with a strong home record. Enjoy the Sunday Night MLB and NBA Playoffs.
