GTBets Dispute

Requested a $4,200 bank wire mid April...received 1/2 of it($2,100) around 3 weeks later and not a dime since....of course these low life assholes closed my GT Bets account for tying up chat asking questions on where my money is.....so funny how all the records vanished....but they did send back my original deposit to my debit card when they closed my account around 3 weeks ago....am I ever gonna see my remaining $2,100 from these fucking lowlife's?

1/2 the wire I did get......(took out processor)

cannot access any records with these crooks, GT Bets....all I can see is only what is on my bank statement.

All I get from chat is management is not interested in your business, like I said all records have vanished cannot log in at all. Was just gonna let it go but they think they can stiff me on 1/2 my winnings too. There was nothing shady on my end going on here.

Just filled out everything. One other thing here I forgot to mention, they sent me 1/2 the wire I was owed and also refunded my original deposit back to my credit card...odd.

Please dont include things like that which appear on bank statements. I deleted them as it will only worsen the industry as a whole in most people's opinions if things like that were posted around too much.. just keep the actual names of the processors and things to yourself please

Yes.

This comes down to me bitching for the other half of my money....so they closed my account, sent back my original deposit and I cannot see any record of my account history. All they tell me via live chat and phone is, 'management doesn't want my business'. Never played here before my one deposit, no other accounts. Nothing shady what so ever. At one point they credited back the $60 fee they were charging me for the $4,200 wire.....after I received the first half($2,100:think2

What a frustrating fucking mess this is.

Jumped on live chat yesterday, again, and was told to check back Monday.

I only filled out a complaint here. Do I need to fill one out at SBR too?

Someone help, please.

Also been stiffed by WSEX and Betislands, but at that point complaints were pointless.
