Nationals rookie Anthony Rendon already looks like a longtime MLB veteran, but not many active longtime MLB veterans. He’s rocking a haircut that’d fit right in among the 1993 Phillies:
“It’s a stylish little thing,” he said. “They brought back the mohawk a couple of years ago; I might bring back the mullet.”

After Rendon hit his first Major League home run to give the Nats a ninth-inning lead on Saturday, he credited the so-called “Rally Hair” given to him by veteran first baseman and noted prankster Adam LaRoche. In an interview with MASN reporter Julie Alexandria, Rendon called his mullet “kind of phenomenal” and even said he hoped to usher it into popular fashion. — Julie Alexandria (@JulieAlexandria) June 14, 2013
