What is a fair offer vs MSRP on a new boat these days? 20% off? 15%?

BOAT = Break Out Another Thousand

Yep. I've always heard a boat owner will have two good days while he owns the boat. 1) the day he buys the boat......2) the day he sells the boat.

they are fun as hell though. They are just expensive, and everytime you take the boat out and buy gas, beer, food etc.....that shit adds up. My best friend just bought a used mastercraft wakeboard boat for $33k....I've been out with him twice and filled up the tank twice.

I agree...I can afford the boat, but I can't afford the operating expenses and upkeep, and I know better than to rely on my so called friends for it. Lol. Boats are freaking awesome, but they are huge money pits.

I'd rather just offer to keep it fueled when we go out. 5 or 6 times a year is enough for me

I know enough that I will never buy another one. Last boat I bought was a 37' sportsfish and I bought it used. It seriously came with its own mechanic. In about 3 years time I had about over 150k in just maintenance costs. Horrible fucking things they are!

I bought a used bow rider a few years ago in Maine. We use it quite a bit yet to have an issue. Just use it for putting around the lake. wake boarding , skiing , tubing ect

its nice there...

Yeah like it there.... Near a Ton of stuff... Hard Rock is not that far... gulfstream park is like 5 mins, South Beach not too far.
or just go downstairs and you're on the Beach.

I would move there all year round, But the Wife ( even though she Loves it ) won't move there full time.
use to do the Snowbird thing a few times, but haven't the past 3 years... Going to try it again , and if we can do it... make the Full Move.
