definitely not good fans. I turned on the game a little late, half way through the 4th, they were ocming from a commercial break and pan'd around the crowd, told my wife, well guess they are losing as quiet as they all are, and sitting down.... nope, tie game....

Back of the ticket typically says in some sort of version "No re-entry" Too bad the Heat got a reprieve over missed foul shots.

A small group of fans in any city for any sport across America would've done the same thing.

You got to stick around to see the trophy even if your team loses

yeah i would

plenty of upset fans in any city would've left, i'm constantly amazed how many people leave games early here in milwaukee, where we are supposed to be good fans...

are people really in that big of a hurry to get out of the parking lot? How much money could be spent on the avg ticket.. I would enjoy the damn credits at a $1000 movie if it was me in a theater.. :smoking:

I would've left too. They were done. If I was a huge fan and a season ticket holder paying 125k a year....and seen my team rally back, go up 4 or 5 and not have the killer instinct to put the Spurs away with 2:30 to go in the 4th, I would've wanted to puke....

then there's Chris Bosh's comments...about if you left early in game 6 don't bother showing up for game 7.....

on the other hand, never get too wrapped up in any team, valuable lesson to be learned from this movie quote:

Quotes: A Bronx Tale

Young Calogero: Bill Mazeroski, I hate him. He made Mickey Mantle cry. The papers said the Mick cried.
Sonny: Mickey Mantle? That's what you're upset about? Mantle makes $100,000 a year. How much does your father make? If your dad ever can't pay the rent and needs money, go ask Mickey Mantle. See what happens. Mickey Mantle don't care about you. Why care about him?
Calogero: [narrating] After that, I never felt the same way about the Yankees.

Fans? Not really.

Just a bunch of wealthy bandwagon jumpers.

Regular working fans cant afford to go to Heat games anymore so you get all the wealthy aristocrats who go just to be seen at an event. They spend a majority of the time looking down at their phones instead of the court. Dan Lebatard ripped them on his show pretty good couple mins ago. Said they were in a rush to get to the clubs and do cocaine. His fathers tip was to make sure they do all their coke before the game next time lol.

That's what people including the window-licker Chris Bosh don't understand. People pay for tickets, they can show up late or leave early, it's nobody's decision but theirs.

I always stay until the end of the game no matter what. Those aren't real fans anyways, they probably wanted to get in to their favorite clubs and get a table before the rest of the crowd shows up.

I only left one UConn game early. The 09/10 team was getting beaten by Cinci, getting out hustled which really annoyed me. On one possession in the 2nd half, Cinci had 5 or 6 offensive rebounds and eventually scored. I just stood up and walked out of the building without saying a word. My wife had no idea what was going on, and she said everybody around else never saw me do anything like that before.

I was disgusted.

If I were a Heat fan, I would never have left last night's game early, it's the freakn NBA for heaven's sake.

and Chris Bosh is a moron. Those fickle fans give him a life of absurd luxury. Without fans, he's a nobody.
