Have you seen how well San Diego has been playing lately....would never go large on a mediocre team vs a hot team...especially when that hot team is playing at home. Good luck, cuz I think you are going to need it!
yep, the play is toast. I have been riding the Padres with strong results lately. To your point, it was a poor timing for a large play, and losing Richards in the first inning did not help the cause.
