When did 'No Problem' become the same thing as 'You're Welcome'? Although, the majority of people who say this are young, I now hear older people saying this , as well. What does 'no problem' have to do with acknowledging my words of gratitude? Do you agree or disagree?

I always have had one or two younger employees who think the two are equal... And always have to explain that they in fact aren't. I think it just involves the breaking down of formality all together.

Where is Andy Rooney when you need him?
60 Minutes should run old Andy Rooney clips at the end of every show. Was always my favorite part and still would be today. As to 'no problem' as a response to my 'Thank You', it implies that without my 'Thank You', we have some sort of problem somehow caused by me.
